Contact QSO Study for account access, privacy or accessibility requests, technical problems, and possible errors in questions or explanations.

Email support

Send your message to support@qsostudy.com. Include the page you were using, your device or browser, and what you expected to happen. Never send your password or a password-reset link.

Reporting study content

When reporting a question, include its question identifier and license class. After answering a study question, you can also use the explanation feedback controls to flag a possible factual error.

Account and privacy requests

For account-data access, correction, or deletion requests, email us from the address associated with the account. We may need to verify ownership before completing the request.

Password help

Use the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in page. Password-reset links are time-limited and can be used only once. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder before contacting support.
